Mark Johnson Show
Since 1999, The Mark Johnson Show has been WDEV's newsmaker program. Every weekday Mark addresses major issues affecting Vermonters with in-depth interviews and expert commentators and reporters.To participate on the program, call 802.244.1777 or 1.877.291.8255. On Friday mornings during the VT Legislative session, Mark broadcasts from the Statehouse in Montpelier speaking directly to the lawmakers who represent Vermonters. During studio programs, Mark visits with local and national authors, reviews opinion pieces from a variety of sources and welcomes listener phone call participation.

For the Birds
From the incredible fall migrations of snow geese and hawks to the early Spring arrival of robins and songbirds, the comings and goings of our feathered friends fascinate. For over 15 years, Bryan Pfieffer and Anson Tebbetts have informed and entertained WDEV listeners with “For the Birds.” Every Saturday morning at approx. 6:20 and again around 7:35am, the bird boys present bird calls, viewing hints, habitat and environmental news and response to listener mail.

Vermont's consistent full-hour newscast on radio - the Midday News Service. The hour encompasses expanded and updated state and regional news. At 12:15 - Midday Sports with Ken Squier is a full 15-minutes of sporting news and commentary. For four decades Ken has been part of the NASCAR racing scene and has covered sporting events as diverse as the Olympics to the dog show at Madison Square Garden. Roger Hill updates the weather, followed by "Special Assignment" reports and commentary from Jim Hightower and Charlie Morissey.
